retrosemia was established in 2014 with a straightforward premise: discerning tenants seeking premium properties deserve a service that matches their expectations. Traditional letting agencies, we observed, treated luxury rentals as merely expensive versions of standard lets. We saw an opportunity to do things differently.
Our founders had spent years in Bristol's property sector and understood that exceptional properties require exceptional service. The search process itself needed refinement.
